1. Cancelling an Order

We understand that circumstances change. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible — the sooner you reach us, the more easily we can accommodate your request.

2. Ready-to-Dispatch Pieces

Orders for ready-to-dispatch pieces may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item has been dispatched. Once an item has been handed to our courier, the cancellation will instead be treated under our Returns & Refund Policy.

3. Made-to-Order & Bespoke Pieces

Because made-to-order and bespoke pieces are crafted specifically for you, cancellation is only possible within a short window before our artisans begin work:

4. Cancellations by Pehwar

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order — for example, if a piece cannot be fulfilled, if there is an error in pricing or description, or if we are unable to verify payment details. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

5. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved cancellation refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank and payment provider, so please allow a reasonable period for the amount to appear in your account.
