1. Our Commitment

Each Pehwar piece is crafted to the highest standard, and we want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to make it so. This policy explains when and how a return or refund may be arranged.

2. Returns Eligibility

Ready-to-dispatch pieces may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you once the matter is verified.

Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to be reflected in your account, as processing times vary by bank and payment provider. Any non-refundable charges (such as international shipping or customs duties already incurred) will be deducted where applicable.

Returns must be sent using an insured, trackable service to protect your piece in transit. Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will share secure return instructions when your return is arranged.
