1. Order Processing Time

Every Pehwar creation is either made-to-order or, where indicated, ready to dispatch. Because the majority of our jewellery is handcrafted to order by our artisans, each piece is prepared individually before it is dispatched.

Made-to-order pieces typically require approximately 2 to 4 weeks of craftsmanship before they are ready for dispatch. The expected timeline for your specific piece will be confirmed at the time of your enquiry or order.

2. Delivery Address

We dispatch to a physical residential or business address only. For the security of your purchase, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Pehwar is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

3. Insured Dispatch

Every order is dispatched fully insured, at no additional cost to you. Your piece is protected from the moment it leaves our atelier until it reaches your hands.

Where requested, a signature may be required on delivery for added security.

4. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be held at a designated collection point, and we will contact you to arrange collection.

If a package is not collected within the courier's specified timeframe and is returned to us, we will contact you by email or phone to arrange re-dispatch. Please note that additional dispatch charges may apply in such cases.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by email or WhatsApp containing your tracking details. You can use these to follow your piece's journey to your door.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside India, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the product price or any shipping charge.

Please allow additional time for international orders to clear local customs, as this is subject to the laws and processing times of the destination country.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we make every effort to dispatch on schedule, Pehwar is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control — including adverse weather, courier disruptions, customs processing, or public holidays.

8. Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier's official tracking system, it is considered successfully delivered. If you have not received a parcel showing this status, please contact us immediately and we will assist in investigating with the courier.

We recommend first checking with members of your household, neighbours, or your local courier office. While we will always help resolve such matters, Pehwar cannot accept liability for loss once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
